Global music icon Billy Joel is set to perform his only European tour date in Cardiff on Friday, August 9, 2024. Fans attending the concert have been cautioned by National Highways about potential traffic delays on the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge. The organization took to X, previously known as Twitter, to alert concertgoers about the “contraflow and reduced speed” on the bridge due to resurfacing and repairs. They advised fans to plan ahead, check for travel updates before embarking on their journey, and anticipate delays. For more information, individuals were directed to visit the National Highways website.
