This Saturday, the Blackpool Airshow is set to showcase some incredible aerial displays with a lineup of impressive aircraft flying over the iconic Blackpool seafront. Thousands of spectators are expected to gather in the seaside town to witness the world’s finest military and civilian aircraft in action. The two-day event, happening on August 10 and 11, has become a regular highlight in Blackpool’s events calendar, offering a thrilling experience of magnificent flying machines.
In addition to the thrilling aerial displays, there will be plenty of family-friendly activities taking place throughout the weekend at the Airshow village. Opening from 10am to 6pm, the village will feature a variety of stalls and attractions for visitors to enjoy. One of the main highlights of the show will be the premier aerobatic display team, the Red Arrows, performing over both days. Visitors will even have the unique opportunity to climb into the cockpit and experience what it’s like to be a Red Arrows Pilot.
