Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary recently. To mark the occasion, Edo shared a beautiful photo from their wedding day on his Instagram. In the caption, he expressed his love for Beatrice and how special every day is with her.
The couple tied the knot at The Royal Chapel of All Saints at the Royal Lodge in Windsor on July 17, 2020. Originally, they had planned for a more elaborate ceremony in May, similar to Princess Eugenie’s wedding two years prior. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they decided to have a more intimate celebration with just a few close family members, including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.
One of the highlights of their wedding day was Beatrice wearing a vintage gown by designer Norman Hartnell, borrowed from Queen Elizabeth’s collection. This gown had a special significance as the Queen had worn it to several important events in the past. Beatrice also wore the Queen Mary diamond fringe tiara, adding to the family connections on their special day.
Since their wedding, Beatrice and Edo have celebrated many milestones, including the birth of their first child, Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi. They also share a son from Edo’s previous relationship, Christopher Woolf Mapelli Mozzi, whom Beatrice lovingly refers to as her “bonus son.”
As the couple continues to build their life together, they have shown that love and family are at the core of their relationship. The photo shared by Edo captures a moment of pure happiness and love between the two of them, reminding us all of the importance of cherishing special moments with our loved ones.
